Role and Responsibilities • Manage organization's social presence and distribute content on all social channels, viz. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, and Instagram. • Effectively planning, scheduling, and coordinating updates on major social media channels. • Measure and monitor social activities what works, tweak and better communications, and social campaigns. • Proactively react to social network updates in functionality, etiquette, reporting etc. • Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc. • Responsible for managing of social media postings strategically. • Work seamlessly with the marketing team for helping with the promotions both short term and long term campaigns. • Develop social media program initiatives for improving the community size. • Monitor benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media, analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results for the business. • Monitor and advise emerging social networking trends and social media best practices. • Work on understanding and creating YouTube content and organic marketing strategy • Work on optimizing video content and YouTube channels • Work on the YouTube channel's growth and user engagement • Work with YouTube optimization tools and various YouTube APIs • Work on video on-page metadata fixing and off-page optimization • Work on promoting YouTube live stream • Work on competitor channel and video analysis Requirements • Proven working experience as a Social Media / YouTube Specialists. • Candidates should also have experience in Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter mainly). • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability • Social Media : 3 years of experience (Required) • YouTube 3 years of experience (Required) Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday) Job Location: Hyderabad Required Education: Graduation.
