Salary: ₹13,000 fixed per month + Attractive performance incentives (Earn up to ₹15,000+ total)

Shift: Day / Rotational Retail Shifts (Sundays Fixed Off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Store Associate to join our team at our premium Baskin Robbins kiosk in RMZ Skyview, Hyderabad. As the face of the brand, you will be responsible for serving customers, handling billing, and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet corporate clients warmly, assist them with flavor selection, and provide exceptional service.

Food Handling: Master the art of scooping ice cream, creating premium sundaes, and preparing shakes according to brand standards.

Billing & POS: Accurately punch orders into the digital POS system and handle cash/UPI/digital card payments securely.

Store Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless kiosk counter, display glass, and storage area. Ensure strict adherence to brand health and safety standards.

Inventory Control: Track daily flavor stock levels and notify management before items run out to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th pass (Intermediate) or any Degree.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in a QSR, coffee shop, restaurant, or retail environment (e.g., McDonald's, Cafe Coffee Day, Burger King, Chai Point) is highly preferred. Freshers with great communication skills are also welcome.

Language: Good verbal communication skills in English (mandatory to converse with tech park corporate clients) and Hindi or Telugu.

Grooming: Must maintain excellent personal hygiene and report to work in a neat, professional appearance.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using an Android tablet or smartphone for handling modern billing apps.
