Responsibilities of candidates include: • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards • Answer questions about products and services • Assist with inventory management • Demo and explain products and services to customers • Stack and display goods for sale • Accept payments and record sales using cash registers . Overall care of staff and their well-being. . Liaising with Procurement department for high running & seasonal business SKUs to procure the same. . Responsible for monitoring staff, like maintaining store neatly, treating customers nicely, fallowing dress code, lifting the phones etc.
