A Residential Apartment Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an apartment complex. He will be reporting to the management committee of the apartment society. He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the society, maintenance upkeep and ensuring compliance with property regulations, all while maintaining a positive living environment for tenants.

He should be able to monitor and ensure the housekeeping staff, watchmen and security personal in the society are performing their duties accordingly and provide updates to the management committee.

Person should be able to read and write in English. He should be able to communicate with the residents for any queries in English or Telugu.

Duty timings will be 9AM to 5PM. Job location is the apartment society located in Lingampally, Hyderabad.

Supervisor who has a vehicle will be a preferred candidate as he is expected to go out and procure any minor material required for the maintenance works within the society. Petrol allowance of 1k per month will be provided for this.
