Position Title : Supply Chain Management Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Management professional to manage procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor coordination for our Integrated Water Management projects. The role requires close coordination with vendors, project, design, and business development teams to ensure smooth material

planning and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and dispatch operations.     
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.  
• Coordinate with design and business development teams to support the implementation of technical requirements from a supplier perspective through engineering
• drawings, while ensuring procurement activities remain aligned with approved engineering specifications.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while reviewing technical documents, BOQs, drawings, and material specifications to enable accurate procurement and support smooth project execution.    
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain procurement and dispatch records. 
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and project teams for material movement and site deliveries.  
• Handle vendor negotiations related to pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare MIS reports and support invoice processing and vendor payments.   
•  Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.   
• Good understanding of vendor management and material planning.   
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.      
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, pumps, pipes, agricultural equipment, or EPC materials will be an added advantage.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background and 2–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
• Functional Skills : Experience in handling procurement planning and logistics operations. Good negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Other Requirements: Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and locations.
