India (Hyderabad) Survey Programmer’s primary role is to program clients’ questionnaires, focus on the client requirements for survey design, interpret project needs and requirements, develop and debug web-based survey programs, and perform maintenance as needed throughout the lifecycle of the project. Graduate of any Programming Course (Computer Science, IT or related fields) 3+ years of programming experience required in Decipher Strong knowledge on web programming technologies like Javascript, JQuery, HTML and CSS Moderate programming knowledge on Python Understanding excel automations will be added advantage. Good verbal and written communication Comfortable to work in NA Hours (Night Shift). Responsibilities: Review survey questionnaires and formulate recommendations to ensure efficient programming and optimal data layout. Interact with Survey Programmers in the off-shore groups regarding programming and technical requirements of the project. Conduct quality control checks to ensure error free deliverables Accurately program surveys following client specifications. Ensure completion of projects by established deadline and/or notify appropriate staff with alternate plans when necessary. Identify and implement innovative programming techniques and non-standard solutions to programming challenges. Program Max-Diff and Conjoint survey exercises. Work closely with the Data Processing Team to determine the impact of question structure on data deliverables.
