Handling 2 wheeler Service/Maintenance/Spares/ Warranty/Consumer complaints 3. Visit field hubs and customer locations for bike deliveries, pickups, and bike service 4. Flexible to work on different timings based on customer/ bike availability timings 5. To verify the driver of the scooter whenever he is attending to complaint/issues and notify to Executive operations in case of any ambiguity. 7. To ensure timely repairs of vehicles 8. To ensure immediate reporting in case of issues 9. Bike washing and cleaning bikes before delivery Location - Gandhi Nagar Necklaces road Hyderabad. Travelling - will be provided.
