Job Description
*Make outbound calls to customers regarding Personal, Home, Business, and Credit cards
*Explain loan products, eligibility, and required documents clearly
*Maintain and update customer information in the system (CRM or Excel)
*Follow up with customers for pending documents or loan processing
*Generate leads and forward interested customers to the backend/field team
*Maintain daily call reports and meet calling targets
*Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English
*Basic computer knowledge (Excel / data entry)
*Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally
*Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
*Experience in loan or finance sector preferred
