Job Description
- 🔷 Key Responsibilities
- Call existing and new customers to inform them about new Sublimation Products, offers, and bulk schemes.
- Take customer orders accurately and share order details with the billing team.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status in the system.
- Assist in Billing, Data Entry, and Lead Management using computer tools.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat orders.
- 🔷 Required Skills
- Fluent Hindi
- Good English
- Manageable Telugu
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Good computer knowledge: Billing software, Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM or Lead Management tools
- Ability to learn about new Sublimation Mobile Covers, Mugs, Printing Machines, Blanks & Accessories
