Telecalling Executive

• Job Role & ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers and promote MSS Group real estate projects (plots / DTCP / farm lands).
• Explain project features, location benefits, and investment advantages.
• Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database calling.
• Fix site visit appointments with customers for field sales team.
• Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in CRM.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships for future references.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead / site visit / booking targets.
• Skills RequiredGood communication skills in Telugu / Hindi / English.
• Confidence in calling and convincing customers.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of real estate is an added advantage (training will be provided if fresher).
• QualificationsMinimum 10th / Inter / Any Degree.
• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
