Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining property details, and setting up site visits. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by connecting with potential buyers and providing them with accurate information.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
• Explain property features, project details, pricing, payment plans, and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
• Maintain and update the CRM database regularly with leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and call targets.
• Follow up with potential clients until closure or next step (site visit/meeting).
• Provide timely feedback to the sales team regarding customer needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to property-related queries professionally.
