What do you Do? 1. You must have the ability to quickly learn the academic offerings under SAP and its applications across the industries. 2. Do tele counselling to the potential learner and pitch wide academic offerings provided by the institute. 3. Owning the complete admission process this including Phone / Video calling, demonstrate product delivery process and success stories, converting the lead to a walk-in/Demo registration. 4. Work closely with senior admission counsellor to learn and deliver the total admission targets. 5. Maintaining a detailed database of all the leads, interactions, conversion status and provide constant feedback to the senior admission counsellors on the leads quality. 6. Able to mould yourself to become a mentor and guide to potential learners who would like to engage their career in the field of SAP. 7. Ability learn and maintain close association with potential learner before and after admission. Specific Required Skill Set: 1. Individual with Strong communication skills. 2. Basic work experience or exposure in EdTech Sales/Education industry/Coaching industry/Profession education industry sales/Tele-calling is a big plus. 3. Great listener and pleasant speaker. 4. Sales bent of mind, to effectively communicate what we are offering to the prospective learner and achieve walk-in/Demo attendee targets. 5. Hardworking, extreme dedication and ability to Learn quickly. 6. Multiple Languages is a plus (English, Hindi and Telugu are preferred). 7. Basic Proficiency in MS Office Excel is required.
