Job Title: Telecalling Team Leader

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage our telecalling team and drive results! You'll lead a team of telecallers, ensure targets are met, and provide coaching for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of telecallers, monitor performance, and provide feedback

- Ensure team meets sales targets, lead generation, and customer satisfaction goals

- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, skills, and best practices

- Monitor calls, provide feedback, and implement process improvements

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling or similar role

- Proven track record of meeting targets and leading teams

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to motivate team, handle challenges, and drive results

- Basic knowledge of banking products and services (preferred)
