To Manage Agent Farms Where Each Farm Will Comprise Over 600 Agents And Potential Agents. Motivate The Agents By Connecting ( Through Calls, Whatsapp,Sms Etc) With Them Everyday/Regularly Create An Inspiring Team Environment With Your Agents. Set Clear Team Goals For Them Delegate Tasks And Monitor Day-To-Day Performance Motivate Team Members Listen To Agent’s Feedback And Resolve All The Queries Or Conflicts Within Hours To Build Trust Encourage Creativity Convince Agents To Use And Understand The Benefits Of The Platform Themselves Suggest And Organize Team Building Activities. Salary is 10,000 fixed and upto 30000 is variable. 1st Month will be a probation period where fixed salary will be 5000 and variable pay will remain the same. Target based job, only interested candidates can apply. Laptop is mandatory.
