Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate (2 to 5 Years Experience)Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tele Sales Executive with 2–5 years of proven experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into site visits and sales closures.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Make Outbound calls to potential buyers to promote residential plots.
  • Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and investment benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable real estate options.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and nurture leads through Whats App, calls, and E-mail communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, ensuring smooth communication between sales teams and prospective clients.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation, site visit, and sales conversion targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM/lead management tools with accurate information.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers (End-users, Investors, NRIs, First-time buyers).
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and buyer behavior.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of Tele-sales experience specifically in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (Telugu for Hyderabad markets).
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to understand project details and explain them clearly to customers.
  • Experience handling NRI clients and high-ticket property discussions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp communication, and basic computer skills.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileConfident, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve monthly sales KPIs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a professional approach.
