Job Summary:

We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Medical Representatives. As an MR, you'll promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies, achieving sales targets and expanding business in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.

2. Achieve sales targets and expand business in assigned territories.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers (doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators).

4. Provide accurate product information and demonstrations.

5. Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.

6. Manage sales reports, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Requirements:

1. Education: Any Degree (B.Pharm, (link unavailable), BA, etc.)

2. Age: 20-28 years

3. Freshers welcome

4. 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred)

Skills:

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel.

Desirable Skills:

1. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.

2. Experience in sales and marketing.
