Job Description for US IT Recruiter: • Please find below a brief job description: • have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). • have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates. • Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. • Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time. • Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry. • Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary. • Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates. • Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database. • Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends. • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment • To understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources. • Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame. Requirements: • Degree with3-6 years of relevant experience. • In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market. • Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company. • Must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts. • Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders. • Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN. • Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp). • Strong understanding of technical requirements. • Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills. • Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. • The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization. • Should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to network in order to build an exemplary IT department for the company. • Proficient in English.
