Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

2. Demat Account Opening:

• Guide clients through the demat account opening process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite account activation.

3. Sales and Service:

• Promote company services and products to clients, identifying opportunities for upselling.

• Provide personalized assistance and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

4. Trading Advisory:

• Deliver comprehensive trading advisory services based on market analysis and client profiles.

• Keep clients informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and risk factors.

5. Client Education:

• Conduct educational sessions to enhance clients' understanding of trading strategies and market dynamics.

• Provide timely updates on market developments and potential impact on their investments.
