Assistant Sales Executive

Sport is a preserver of health and curefit aims to make health easy. Therefore, the largest fitness brand in India now aims to build the largest sports destination in the country with cult.sport India is a country with a Billion+sports fans, but only a few take the field.

Responsibility:

• Expand the business network through appointment of new dealers and motivating the existing dealers in their area.

• Meet Dealers as per call cycle plan.

• Collect market information, collecting competitor's data and sending it to management.

• Execution of sales strategies.

• Making PI, follow-up for invoicing and dispatch activities.

• Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.

• Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.

• Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations.

• Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.

Requirement:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience of Fitness Equipment or Sports Industry background.

• A bachelors’ or masters’ degree in sales/marketing.

• Thorough understanding of the industry.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Flexible to travel to partner locations.

• Solution-oriented outlook.

• Ability to build lasting relationship
