**Position: Senior Accountant**

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Role:

- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime.

- Process and verify invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

- Ensure full compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including filing returns and managing deductions.

- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger management.

Back Office Role:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations and assist with back-office tasks.

- Coordinate daily with transport providers to arrange lorry services.

- Inspect and verify lorry paperwork for compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Follow up with transport providers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Tally Prime.

- Strong experience in GST and TDS calculation, filing, and compliance.

- Ability to manage day-to-day operations and assist with office tasks.
