Role:
- Build & manage sales team
- Plan daily targets and lead conversion
- Coordinate with site & clients
- Skills: Sales Motivation, Site Closing Skills

- 💰 Salary + Incentives: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 + Performance Bonus
