Position: City Head (Real Estate Sales)

Experience: 3–7 Years

Location: shivneri plaza, near sunfood hotel, scheme no-54, opp- marriott hotel vijay nagar, indore

Responsibilities:

Strategic and analytical responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the city.
• Monitor and analyze local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Set sales goals and targets for the team and report on performance to senior management. 

Team management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance reviews for the sales team.
• Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. 

Sales and client management

• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding the market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align on sales efforts. 

Operational and compliance

• Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, processes, ethical standards, and all relevant real estate laws and regulations.
• Assist in complex sales negotiations when necessary.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
