URGENT HIRING: SENIOR CIVIL SITE ENGINEER – INDORE 🏗️👷♂️We are seeking a highly experienced and technically sound Senior Civil Site Engineer to oversee premium construction projects in the Indore region. If you have a proven track record of managing large-scale sites and delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you!📍 Location:Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site)💼 Key Requirements:Experience: \(10+\) years of hands-on experience in civil construction (building projects/ industrial infrastructure).Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage labour forces, subcontractors, and junior engineering teams independently.Skills: Expert knowledge of on-site execution, quality control, RA bill verification, and project estimation.📝 Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day on-ground construction activities and monitor project schedules.Ensure all structural and finishing works strictly comply with engineering designs and safety standards.Coordinate efficiently with clients, architects, and contractors to resolve technical bottlenecks.Take charge of material management and maintain meticulous daily site documentation.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: Best in the industry (Commensurate with 10 years of experience).Benefits: performance bonuses, and travel allowance (as per company policy).
