Job description Function: 1. Recruiting, HR Operations, Payroll, HR Admin. 2. Must have thrown knowledge on all HR Functions 3. Responsible for the recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating & conducting interviews. 4. Job Posting in Job Portals, LinkedIn, Career Portal, Social Media Platforms, and referral Boards 5. Run programs to build a database for all skills. 6. Conceptual Knowledge and Practical touch on Recruitment, Operations, Record Maintenance, Payroll Management, and Performance Report. 7. Schedule interviews, Send Call Letters, coordinate interviews, and organize interviews including arranging the prerequisite interview infrastructure needs. 8. Block line managers time and coordinate interviews 9. Follow up or collect certificates, payslips and offer copy, verifying and validating credentials/ testimonials, and get employment application forms filled. 10. Conduct touchpoint follow-up calls until onboarding. 11. Communicate to the candidate at each level sending acknowledgement emails on receipt of an email, selections regret emails and next-level communication emails. 12. Maintain trackers and Report on Recruitment. 13. Appointment letter generation through Engage. 14. Coordinate with the travel desk for candidates. 15. Payroll management & preparing, updating related data 16. Assist HR Counterparts in Generalist roles as and when required. 17. Preparation & Submission of Various Reports Statements pertaining to the HR Department. 18. Assist HR Manager with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. 19. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations 20. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. 21. Maintaining a CV database and preparing daily tracker reports 22. Able to handle all administrative matters like Security, Housekeeping, Factory Statutory 23. Compliance, Water management, Transport Management, Repairs and Maintenance in Office, etc. 24. Any other duty assigned by the management from time to time. Skills Experience: 2 to 4 years in the HR domain. 1. Very good communication skills. 2. Strong understanding of organization development, resourcing, capability development, compensation & benefits, performance management, and talent management practices. 3. Should have experience working in an IT (Software Development/Services) company. 4. Very Strong in Recruitment. 5. Ability to work closely with business leaders by understanding their needs and designing and rolling out HR solutions. 6. Ability to work under pressure.
