Profile: HR Generalist Work From Office Male & female both will work 5 days working Location- Indore Job Description: • Take care of the HR and Admin duties. • Manage the attendance and leaves of the employees. • Run the payroll of employees in India. • Handle complete On-boarding and documentation of employees in India. • Matching the profile of the candidates from the existing and short-listing them as per the • Requirement. • Sourcing of new candidates if the database is not sufficient. • Responsible for general administration and maintenance of the Circle Office. • Ensure proper maintenance of company assets. • Creating various report for the management. • Take care of the invoices and payments for vendors. Requirements: • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handing HR/ Admin duties. • Must have excellent Communication skills. • Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented. • Strong organizational skills. • Good Team player.
