Inside Sales Executive (Telesales )

We are looking for a confident Inside Sales Executive with fluent English communication skills and a strong sales mindset.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with domestic and international clients.

Candidates with experience in herbal, nutraceutical, ayurvedic, or pharmaceutical products will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and convert leads into customers.
• Handle inbound calls and explain products/services clearly in fluent English.
• Provide product information, especially for herbal, ayurvedic, healthcare, or pharmaceutical items.
• Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and marketing teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written) — mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development.
• Strong telephone etiquette, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Tech-savvy: CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in herbal, ayurvedic, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical products (preferred).
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Experience handling international clients.
