Job Description We are looking for Regional Marketing Manager to organize and oversee BTL and ATL marketing activities across the branches of MP and CG. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you should have sound knowledge of BTL and ATL Marketing, good understanding of the local geography. We also expect you to have a creative mind and excellent coordination & stake holder management skill. Responsibilities Extending support in developing and execution of annual marketing plan and marketing strategy for the states. Co-creating media and advertising strategy- ATL, BTL, SM, Digital, CRM, PR & CSR. Planning, monitoring execution and optimizing Budget Vs Spend across all offline marketing activities. Working on various regional festivals to create neighborhood brand experience at the respective states. Coordination with the branches and helping them with various execution of marketing campaigns. Planning, tracking and optimizing budget vs. spend across all offline marketing activities. Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, SCM, IT, Legal, Operations and Training to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Plan, schedule and execute marketing activities to support the successful operation of events. This includes pre-event marketing and all activities relating to the event itself Coordination with regional/HO stakeholder Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices Responsible for identifying and closing strategic local partnership opportunities. Drive offline campaigns from scratch i.e., hiring, training, budgeting, alliances, planning and final implementation/execution while ensuring that desired KPIs are met. Plan & implement innovative solutions analyzing the competition - Strategic planning and implementation around important occasions and special projects. Requirements Proven experience in marketing 4-7 years of experience in marketing. Good Communication, Coordination and Stake Holder Management Skill.
