Job Description
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office support work.
Assist in loading/unloading and shifting office materials when required.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office items from banks, couriers, vendors, or other locations as instructed.
Support administrative staff in day-to-day office activities.
Ensure pantry and office supplies are properly stocked and inform the concerned person about shortages.
Open and close office premises as per office timings, if assigned.
Follow office discipline, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
