Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and energetic Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations at our Indore outlet. The candidate will assist the Restaurant Manager in managing staff, customer service, and operational efficiency to ensure a high-quality dining experience.

• Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise staff and maintain discipline and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Support in billing, cash handling, and daily reports
• Help with staff scheduling and duty rosters
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
• Coordinate between kitchen and service staff
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience as Supervisor / Captain / Assistant Manager preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
