*Salary:* ₹4 – ₹6 LPA 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven *Sales Executive* with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 2–4 years of sales experience in the electrical and industrial equipment domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of a wide range of electrical components and automation systems, and a strong ability to drive B2B and project-based sales.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Generate and convert leads into successful sales across assigned territory

* Manage relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

* Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining products or services

* Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions using product knowledge

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity

* Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

*Required Qualifications & Skills:*

* Bachelor's degree in *Electrical* or *Mechanical Engineering*

* **2 to 4 years** of proven experience in sales (preferably in electrical/industrial products)

* *Strong knowledge of*:

 * Cable Wires

 * Industrial Switchgears

 * LV Motors

 * Switches & Accessories

 * MCB, ELCB, DB, Isolators

 * Industrial & Building Automation

 * Lighting Systems

 * Solar Rooftop Systems

 * Water Heaters

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and travel as required within the region

*Preferred:*

* Experience in B2B and industrial project sales

* Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
