Senior Account Executive

Job Description – Sr. Accounts Executive

Location: Dewasnaka, Indore

Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA – Finance).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing unit will be preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally and other accounting software.
• Must be well-versed with computer operations (Excel, Email, MS Office, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Handle General Voucher (GV) entries and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Manage GST working, including preparation of data for monthly returns.
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and related compliance.
• Assist in preparation and documentation for Income Tax Return (ITR) filings.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial record keeping as per company policies.
