Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Loan Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive loan sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders

- Provide tailored financial solutions to clients, including loan products and services

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of loan products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
