Telecaller / Sales Executive (Stock Broking)Role: Telecalling & client acquisition for Demat/Trading accounts
Work: Call leads, explain stock market services, convert clients, follow-ups
Requirement: 12th pass, good communication, basic stock market knowledge
Salary: Fixed + incentives
Target Policy:
- 60% target = full salary
- <60% = 30% deduction
- 0 target = 50% deduction
- Timing: Monday–Saturday
- Skills: Convincing power, sales attitude, basic computer knowledge
