About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, generating leads, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Daily outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

Maintain records of calls and customer details in CRM.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets assigned by the team leader.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-ups.

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Fresher or 6 months+ experience in telecalling / customer care / sales.

Salary

Based on experience and company policy.

Working Hours / Weekly Off

9 Hours, Sunday
