Job description: Extract data from the online portals. Need enter these data into the Excel files. Interact with US candidates regarding their hours they worked for the previous week. Solve the queries of the candidates regarding entering of hours into the online portals via e-mail and calls. Prepare various reports as required and guided by the management. Provide support and data to Invoice team, Payroll team and HR team. Required to submit error free reports for payroll and other departments. Requirements: Must have attention to details. Must be able to work and prepare reports without errors. Good communication skills. Should have sound knowledge of MS Excel.
