वेल्डर (Welder)

विभाग: (Production) / फैब्रिकेशन (Fabrication)
अनुभव: 2–5 वर्ष (मशीनरी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग / हैवी फैब्रिकेशन उद्योग में अनुभव वांछनीय)
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग एवं वेल्डिंग सिंबल को समझकर कार्य करना।
- ARC (SMAW), MIG/MAG एवं TIG वेल्डिंग प्रक्रियाओं का संचालन करना।
- मशीनरी एवं फैब्रिकेटेड संरचनाओं के विभिन्न भागों की फिट-अप एवं वेल्डिंग करना।
- वेल्डिंग जॉइंट्स की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करना तथा आवश्यकता अनुसार रिपेयर कार्य करना।
- कटिंग, ग्राइंडिंग, गैस कटिंग एवं अन्य फैब्रिकेशन कार्य करना।
- निर्धारित उत्पादन लक्ष्य एवं गुणवत्ता मानकों के अनुसार कार्य पूर्ण करना।
- वेल्डिंग मशीनों, गैस सिलेंडरों एवं अन्य उपकरणों का सुरक्षित उपयोग एवं रखरखाव करना।
- कार्यस्थल पर सुरक्षा (Safety) एवं 5S मानकों का पालन करना।
- उत्पादन एवं गुणवत्ता विभाग के साथ समन्वय बनाकर कार्य करना।
- सामग्री की बर्बादी को कम करते हुए लागत प्रभावी कार्य सुनिश्चित करना।
- शैक्षणिक योग्यताITI (Welder) / NCVT / SCVT या समकक्ष तकनीकी योग्यता।
- संबंधित क्षेत्र में व्यावहारिक अनुभव।
- आवश्यक कौशलतकनीकी ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने एवं समझने की क्षमता।
- विभिन्न वेल्डिंग तकनीकों एवं उपकरणों का अच्छा ज्ञान।
- माप उपकरणों (Measuring Instruments) का उपयोग करने की क्षमता।
- गुणवत्ता एवं सुरक्षा मानकों की समझ।
- टीमवर्क एवं समय प्रबंधन कौशल।
- वांछनीय अनुभवमशीनरी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग, EOT क्रेन, औद्योगिक उपकरण या हैवी फैब्रिकेशन क्षेत्र में अनुभव।
- स्ट्रक्चरल फैब्रिकेशन एवं मल्टी-पास वेल्डिंग का अनुभव।
