Position: Sales Executive

Location: Jabalpur, covering the surrounding area up to 300 km in the Mahakoshal region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular tours and field visits to identify and capture new business opportunities within the designated territory.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Presenting and promoting Glowlac’s range of decorative, wood finish, and industrial paints.

• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth goals.

• Providing feedback and insights from the field to improve products and sales strategies.

• Adhering to company guidelines and maintaining a professional, corporate approach to all interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the paint or manufacturing industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
