KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Receivable management through billing and Follow-ups of debtors of the company Maintain Govt. Billing and Follow-ups from respective department. Maintain Receivable Accounts and reconciliation of Contractor of the Company. Maintain Day to day Receivable report and reported before upper management of company. Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile balance of Receivables. Establish and regulate e-way bill mechanism of the goods supplied on the demand of customer/project. Regulate GST compliance and TDS applicability for the payment made. Prepare Monthly GST report for outward supplies and report the same. Plan and Implement the process for improvement of Receivable management. Maintain Proper Ledger, Accounts and reports as per management instruction. Calculate and post receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verify details of transactions, such as funds received and total account balances Prepare monthly receivable statements Compile and sort documents, prepare and post invoices and credit and debit memos Provide backup support to other groups in the accounting department, type periodic reports and perform other general administrative duties. Work under immediate supervision Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Prepare Cost/Project center wise Receivable Collection report. Prepare Aging Analysis Report for Receivable.
