Job Description
This role will need to develop a healthy knowledge of the business offerings, services and products. Responsibilities of candidates include: Research organizations to find new customers and identify who makes the decisions. Cold Call' over the phone to customers. Find out what a business needs and work with buyers to plan proposals and negotiate the best pricing. Taking a sale from the point of a lead to a successful close. Build positive relationships. Identify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns. Maintain data base of prospective customers. Advised prospective clients on current market activities. Answered phone calls and emails from potential and existing customers. Managed the sales cycle from inception to execution. Built strong community relations with subcontractors and vendors. Increased business revenue through proactive management of relationships and sales strategies. Develop business plan and strategy. Saved costs by negotiating product prices and equalizing freight rates.. Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities. Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality. Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services. Monitor contract details to notify clients of pending expiration and help process renewal. Organize promotional and marketing online campaigns to create awareness and product publicity. Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems.
