Job Description

  • Identify and appoint HLCs, DSAs, property agents, as business partners
  • Onboard and train them on home loan products and processes
  • Drive lead generation through partner channels
  • Maintain strong relationships and resolve partner queries
  • Achieve monthly targets for partner onboarding and loan disbursals
  • Coordinate with internal loan processing and sales teams
  • Conduct field visits and partner meetings regularly
