• Prepare a variety of dishes with expertise in Rajasthani, tandoor, Indian, and Continental cuisines.
• Plan creative menus considering customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and cost efficiency.
• Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, ensuring ingredients are ready for smooth meal service.
• Oversee kitchen inventory, including ordering ingredients and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Focus on presentation and plating to ensure visually appealing dishes.
• Collaborate with other staff and train if needed.
