Job Description

Post- Corporate & Channel Sales Manager – Candidate should having corporate& Channel sales experience in IT Solutions Company. Experience- Minimum 4-5 years "Responsibilities of the candidates include: Education- Graduate/ Post Graduate Skills Required and Working Responsibility. • Develop new strategic relationship and facilitate formal agreements with indirect channel sources to augment existing pipeline. • Work cross functionally with a variety of business leaders through the company. • Lead the direct sales team and have a coaching culture. • The account manager is accountable for the development and execute of sales plans and achievement goals in the assigned region with in the geospatial division. • Strategic development and management of the regional distribution network the market and the customer base. • Make assessment of our current go to market strategy also work with other sales team. • Generating Leads, Follow ups & Maintain Client Records. • Strong convincing power and result oriented. • Understanding and Promoting company Programmes • Giving sales presentation and demo to a range of prospective clients. • Visiting clients & Tour, potential to evaluate needs or promote products and service. • Answering clients question about credit, products, price and availability. • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients, Preparing and submitting sales contracts for order. • Create a consistent value proposition for services towards customer • Strong analytical expertise with the ability to harness meaningful insight from quantitative and qualitative data • A keen interest in the B2B payment Landscape. Manage a team of individuals working on telesales/customer support Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention Create procedures for sales Can give demo to the customer in Hindi and English Plan the training and standardization of service delivery Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team Maintain Daily sales and upcoming sales reports. Language Knows- Hindi and English with good communication skills.
