Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized CRM Executive with excellent communication skills to manage and strengthen relationships with our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, ensuring smooth coordination, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requirements, and communication.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM databases regularly.
  • Handle client escalations professionally and ensure issue resolution.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and client updates when required.
  • Follow up with clients for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Build long-term trust and rapport with clients to support business growth.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle corporate clients professionally and confidently.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in client servicing, CRM, or corporate communication is an advantage.
