We are seeking a VIP Support Specialist with over 2 years of experience in exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will manage high-net-worth clients with personalized service, confidentiality, and problem resolution.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of VIP clients, track gaming activity, preferences, and bet history.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide exclusive offers and promotions.

- Collect client feedback for continuous improvement.

- Resolve complex issues and complaints efficiently.

- Collaborate with finance and technical support departments.

- Implement retention strategies to maintain client engagement and loyalty.

Requirements:

- 2 years of customer support experience (chat, email, phone).

- Availability for floating and night shifts.

- 100% on-site work.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Fluency in Hindi and English.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of the gaming industry, forex, or gambling.

- Familiarity with the industry.
