*Teleperformance is hiring now* Looking for customers support executive job profile (Voice and Non-voice process, Rotational shifts) Job description * Candidate should be from Jaipur * Voice and Non-voice process * Good English communication required * Fresher and experienced both can apply * Graduate and undergraduate both can apply. * Salary 12k - 16k CTC Responsibilities of candidates include: • Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation Shift timings * 6 days working in a week and one day of rotational week off * Rotational shifts * Job location:- Malviya Nagar C2 Plaza, Jaipur * 9hrs login ( 8hrs working, 1 hr break) Candidates can come directly at Teleperformance malviya nagar to give their interview.
