Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Jaipur
Work Schedule:
- Work From Office - WFO only
- 5 to 5.5 days of working with rotational shifts (majorly night shifts)
- 9 to 9.5 hours per day, including 1 hour of break
- Rotational week-offs
Salary and Benefits:30k CTC to 38k (Depend on your English communication and experience)
Requirements:
- Graduates or UG + 6months min expr
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good Technical and Nontechnical aptitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- No leaves allowed for the first three months, except for weekly offs
