We are a growing jewelry brand selling globally through Etsy. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Etsy Listing Executive to help manage and optimize our product listings.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Upload products on Etsy with accurate titles, tags, pricing, and descriptions
• Research keywords and apply basic SEO for better visibility
• Edit and organize product photos (basic image handling preferred)
• Maintain inventory records and ensure all listings are up to date
• Assist with order management and customer queries when needed
• Coordinate with the production and photography team for new launches

• Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Etsy or other e-commerce platforms (training provided)
• Good written English (important for descriptions and customer messages)
• Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and online tools
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Graduation preferred but not mandatory
• Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop
• Understanding of e-commerce SEO
• Experience in product photography handling
