Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to handle complete e-commerce warehouse operations and team management in the garment industry.
Responsibilities:
• Managing all e-commerce garment orders (packing, dispatch & tracking)
• Handling return management and quality checking
• Hiring, training, and managing warehouse staff
• Assigning daily work and monitoring employee performance
• Inventory control of garments (size, color, style-wise stock)
• Coordinating with courier and delivery partners
• Maintaining records and reports on computer
Requirements:
• Experience in garment warehouse / e-commerce operations
• Strong team handling and leadership skills
• Capable of hiring and managing workers/staff
• Good knowledge of computer work (Excel, data entry, reporting)
• Responsible and result-oriented approach
Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred
