About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Study Abroad division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students interested in pursuing higher education abroad and achieving revenue and conversion targets through effective counseling and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities across countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Handle incoming leads, follow up promptly, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (counselors, documentation, marketing, and operations) to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Keep updated on international university programs, application deadlines, and visa requirements.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in business, marketing, or education).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management will be an added advantage.
