Immediate opening for Sampling cum Production Manager Sampling role- Monthly target 15-20 samples • Providing support to the cutting master, sampling master and his team to ensure that all sampling work is accurate and completed in time. • Constant follow up with sampling team to ensure work is being done within deadlines. • Visit local markets to source fabrics, trims, accessories & new products for sampling styles. • Creating reports & Order Process Files. • Liaising and regularly following up with vendors of fabrics, trims, accessories, local dyers, printers, embroiderers, etc. • Responsible to provide accurate costing for styles that are being sampled. • Liaising with various departments and production team to ensure that production is being carried out as per samples passed • Responsible to create harmony and make efforts to gel well with all staff members. • Directly accountable for non-compliance of duties/responsibilities. Production Role-Monthly Target 15,000 to 20,000 units 1. Production planning for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) 2. Giving instruction to the line supervisors 3. Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/pieces) and plan for continuous improvement 4. Analysis of quality data and issue resolution 5. Discussion and issue resolution with other team members (like merchants, fabric manager, cutting team, planning, IE team) 6. Taking main role in PP meeting 7. Planning for Overtime work 8. Controlling of piece rate employees (sewing, helping, pressing etc.) Eligibility • Only eligible female candidates can apply • MIN EXPERIENCE 3 YEARS IN GARMENT industry (no other industry's experience will be counted). • ONLY GARMENT EXPERIENCE IN WOMENSWEAR WILL BE COUNTED. • MUST HAVE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF FABRIC, STITCHING, EMBROIDERY, PRINTING & DIFFERENT TYPES OF JOB WORKS • Should know about different types of fabrics and sampling technologies. • Graduation is required in relevant field • Should possess excellent communication skills. • Should be well versed with MS office , excel etc Type of Employment- Full time Office Address:- Plot No 135, Prime Estate, Jagatpura, Near JNU university,Jaipur-302017 Office hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Mon to Saturday CTC: INR 5,00, 000 - 7, 00, 000 P.A.
